All Cancellations MUST BE IN WRITING!
Personal checks will NOT BE be accepted
after October 1, 2007, after which only money
orders or bank checks will be accepted.
Hajj Workshops:
Start September 9, 2007.
Workshops will be held at Al Furqan Bookstore,
4816 N. Broad Street and begin 10 am sharp. Bring your Qu'ran
and Hajj books with you to the workshops (hajj books will
also be available for purchase at the workshops).
Group Meningitis shot
Due date to be announced - The doctor comes to us,
alhumdulillah - Location, Al Furqan Bookstore,
4816 N. Broad Street, date and time
to be announced.
Approximately $125.00 - cash only, paid directly
to the doctor. See your private doctor for other
shots that may be covered
by your insurance. Original National Certification of Immunization
(yellow card) to be mailed to us (due date to be announced) from
those not getting shot with the group, we will collect the cards
from those
getting
shot
with
the
group on the
date the shots are taken.
Passports: If you do not have
a passport now, please get one as soon as possible. We will
supply a letter to expedite your passport application if
needed.
Final payment due date is October
1, 2007 for Hajj ($5,600) and Visa ($290.00).
Optional Egypt
Tour Fee (after Hajj) due - October 1, 2007. Side
trip Egypt after Hajj - Cost $450. which will include
Hotel,
open buffet breakfast, and tours. Return date for
those doing Egypt tour: December 26, 2007
All document due October 1, 2007!
Mahram
letter for sisters (letter from relative
giving their permission for you to travel to hajj) travelng
without male relative.
Shahadah letter from your perspective Masjid stating
you are Muslim for those without Muslim names.
5 passport size pictures (please print your
name on the back in English with a ball point pen)
Copy of marriage license for married couples
traveling together with different last names.

(yellow
card or letter from doctor).
Transportation fee to and from New York from
Philadelphia - price to be announced.

From store: North on Broad St. to the end which is Cheltenham Ave. Make a left
on Cheltenham Ave and proceed to Ogontz Ave./ Rte. 309. (when you get to the
end of the Cheltenham mall is Rte.309) Make a right turn on Ogontz Ave. /Rte.
309 and proceed to Old Mill RD. (about 3 lights) make a right and go to Carlton
Ave and make a right. (about 1 block) Proceed until you get to Rices Mill Rd.
and you're at the Cheltenham High School. (500 Rices Mill Rd.)

Departure – Depature date:
December 4, 2007 A strict luggage policy will
be in force for the entire trip. You will be
permitted (1 carry-on luggage and (1) check-in
luggage
on departure and (1) carry-on luggage and (2) check-in pieces of luggage
on return. REMEMBER – “less is best”.
RETURN
DATES: Return date: Returning straight from
hajj, December 23, 2007
REMEMBER to budget enough for tips
throughout the trip ($35 - $50). Also remember,
there are tremendous blessings for giving sadaqah in Mecca
and Medinah.
