The Al-Mu'adhdhan Hajj Group promotes a package based on

Our accommodations are within walking distance from Haram
in Makkah & Madinah (literally only steps away), and
right next to Jamarat (within 100 -120 meters), at affordable
prices. We compete on quality service, not price.
Like many other Hajj package providers, we choose not to
stay at the American
camp in Mina because of its distance from the Jamarat.
The distance is not acceptable because of the hardship it
can bring to many of our travelers and falls below our own
standards of quality.

Having said that, I would also like to take a moment to
explain that this is Hajj for the sake of Allah (SWT), a
time when more than 3 million Muslims from around the world
come together in peace and harmony to worship the almighty
Allah (SWT) in a very small place. With this small place
comes traffic congestions and other problems that are a natural
result of 3 Million people competing for time and space within
this limited area. Add to it government regulations and rules
that are necessary to even make the whole process possible.
Thus, the constant need for patience is going to be a key
element to a satisfactory Hajj. You will need patience at
all times, including when you wait for the bus that rarely
has enough place or time to park in order to pickup its passengers;
patience to board the plane or if your luggage gets delayed
and in some unfortunate cases lost or misroute by the airlines,
patience when you stand in the open buffet food line in order
to eat, patience when you wait for the government's Mutawwef
office staff to move us from Madinah to Makkah or vice versa,
etc.
All of these instances are small sacrifices that we all
need to make together to create an environment of comfort
and ease for ourselves, and for others around us. If and
when such difficulties arise, do not complain or get uptight;
after all, this is yet another test from Allah to assess
your will and determination to pass the most valuable exam
in life.
It is crucial that we remember our purpose when traveling
to Hajj in order to enjoy our journey and to get the most
out of our Hajj, which for the majority of us, is a once
in a lifetime experience, and for all of us (In-Sha’ Allah),
the reward is priceless. Take advantage of any free time
or potential delays to make "Zhikr" and “Tasbeeh”,
read the Quran, help someone else who needs assistance. This
is your chance to make it right with your creator, and to
ask Allah to accept your Hajj and make it Hajj Mabrur Insha'Allah."
